Project Manager (m/f/d) for Thermal Energy & Hydrogen

What you can achieve with us

In your role as a project manager in our Gas-to-X department, you independently manage projects in the fields of thermal energy and hydrogen across all phases of the project lifecycle – from initiation through execution to closure
In support of sales activities, you contribute to proposal preparation and tender processes
You develop project plans, timelines and resource allocation strategies, while steering budgets to ensure financial targets
You serve as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, and internal teams
Identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies is in your hands
You ensure compliance with technical standards, contractual obligations, and safety regulations
Regular progress reports are prepared by you for management and clients
You lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams, including engineers and consultants, to achieve the defined project objectives

What convinces us

You have a degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Energy Engineering, Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Project Management, or related fields
You have at least 5 years of experience in project management within energy, infrastructure, or water sectors. Familiarity with renewable energy integration and decarbonization strategies will be considered an asset
You have demonstrated success in leading and delivering international projects within the thermal power plant sector
Knowledge of FIDIC contracts and international standards and proficiency in project management tools (MS Project etc.) complements your professional profile
A project management certification is a plus
You are a strategic thinker with problem-solving skills
You display a high level of integrity and client focus in multicultural settings, with strong communication and leadership competencies
You are willing to travel both domestically and internationally as required
You speak fluently English, German is an advantage
