Responsibilities / Tasks * Own the Automatic Milking Systems product portfolio within the Farm Technologies Division, including full lifecycle management from concept to phase-out * Lead and develop a global team of product managers and specialists in a matrix organization; foster accountability and empowerment * Set targets, track performance, and report on product sales and growth * Manage pricing strategy and product margins to achieve financial objectives * Drive profitability and customer satisfaction through strategic product management * Define product specifications and roadmap; create compelling value propositions and sales narratives * Implement innovative concepts and business models to strengthen market position * Conduct competitor analysis and market intelligence; monitor and steer market share development Your Profile / Qualifications * University degree in agriculture, economics, marketing, or equivalent professional experience * Proven leadership experience in managing global teams and working within matrix organizations * Strong background in change management and navigating fast-paced environments * Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills; proactive and solution-oriented mindset * Ability to take initiative and deliver results beyond the standard scope * Willingness to travel internationally and adapt to dynamic business needs * Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus Did we spark your interest?
