Tasks

You define and continuously refine the product vision and overarching product goals
By actively managing the Product Backlog, you prioritize, structure, and refine requirements as part of ongoing refinement sessions
You write clear and actionable User Stories including acceptance criteria and oversee the functional acceptance of delivered increments
Through effective stakeholder management, you clarify expectations, integrate feedback, and make informed decisions regarding scope, sequencing, and trade‑offs
By planning releases and maintaining the product roadmap, you steer product evolution and measure value creation based on meaningful outcomes rather than output
Working closely with development teams, you foster an agile mindset, support flow efficiency, and help ensure a high‑quality and value‑driven delivery process

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Software Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable field
Strategic understanding of product development and the ability to define a clear product vision and measurable goals
Strong prioritization and decision‑making skills when handling competing business and technical requirements
Experience translating business needs into User Stories and acceptance criteria
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong analytical thinking and experience working with product metrics and data‑driven decision‑making
Agile mindset and hands‑on experience collaborating with cross‑functional development teams
