For the realisation of our projects, we are looking for a site manager for interior fit-out with immediate effect. You will accompany and coordinate our projects on site from the award of the contract through to completion.

Your tasks

In our planning department, you are an expert in the development and realisation of HVAC projects (LPH 1-3, 5-9). You will support and manage projects focussing on the ventilation and air conditioning of hotel rooms and public areas as well as the refurbishment of hotel bathrooms and catering areas
You will provide support in the quotation phase of the calculation department and define specifications and tenders later on in the project. You will also be involved in the awarding of subcontractor service
You will be responsible for developing and defining the components and systems in the HVAC sector; you will coordinate these with the project tea
You will carry out technical checks of concepts or draft plans for completeness and feasibility and actively support necessary on-site surveys – primarily for refurbishment projects
You will support the transfer of concepts or draft plans into implementation planning in the area of technical building equipment by contributing your expertise in coordination with internal and external project participants

Your profile

Successful completion of a master craftsman/technician school or a degree programme in technical building services, supply engineering or comparable qualification
Experience in the design of technical building systems and detailed constructions in implementation planning – preferably in the hotel industry environment
Expertise in tendering and the creation of specifications
Confident handling of common MS Office programmes; ideally experience in the use of CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
Willingness to travel (approx. 30%)
