The Service Technician is responsible for providing specialized service and repair support for medical technology capital equipment.

This position is part of the Global Service Organization in Quickborn/Hamburg and will be onsite.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Diagnose and repair medical devices
Complete the relevant documentation and update the MRP system for work performed
Carry out all tasks in accordance with established procedures and legal regulations
Perform the decontamination of incoming capital equipment
Assist with assigned ancillary tasks and projects, continuously providing constructive feedback for process improvement

The essential requirements of the job include:

Electrical or mechanical training
Several years of experience in repairing electrical and/or mechanical systems
Strong communication skills, both written and oral in English and German

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

Ability to travel approximately 10% with a mix of domestic and international

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Experience in service and repair of medical devices
Experience in a service/manufacturing environment
