Technical Project Assistant (m/f/d) – Erlangen

Description:

Responsibilities:
– Preparing for contract negotiations
– Order preparation and monitoring
– Document tracking/tracking customer documents
– Supplier deadline tracking/Monthly Progress Report
– Test planning/report creation for Factory Acceptance Testing
– Verification of supplier specifications for component manuals – General project support
– You will support the PO1C sub-project managers in all areas of project execution
– You will coordinate with all project stakeholders and support the project in all necessary matters.

Qualifications:
– You have successfully completed technical training, preferably in electrical engineering.
– Several years of professional experience in technical project assistance for international plants, preferably in the field of power generation/power transmission.
– You speak German and are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
– You have in-depth knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office products, especially Excel.
– Your profile is rounded out by good teamwork and communication skills as well as a high degree of initiative.
