Job Purpose
Responsible for managing, maintaining, and repairing all computers and peripherals. Network devices, printer, server .etc. Europe local contact focal for any IT demand, changes, project and operation. Need to work together with the IT in China and Singapore as global IT key person.

Job Descriptions
IT infrastructure management
Responsible for the configuration and maintenance of the company’s network equipment, including but not limited to Sophos, secure point firewalls, switches.
Manage the physical servers and virtual server platform such as VMware.
Responsible for the daily maintenance, performance optimization and troubleshooting of the server. Make sure that the server’s system is functioning properly.
The IT services of the operation and maintenance company include Microsoft domain control AD, NAS, NFS file sharing, printing and other services.

IT support and services
Help clients with IT technical support, including desktop issues, software patches, system issues, etc.
Assist users to install operating systems, software, drivers and other desktop services
Contact users by phone, Teams, TeamViewer to solve various IT-related problems. Own and track any IT incidents in Europe.
Collect the IT demand and work together with the IT team in China. Play as a project coordinator.
Daily SAP supports, including purchase, inventory, sales, production document operation, support user input and common error process.

Terminal and network maintenance
Responsible for terminal security control and PC terminal software and hardware maintenance.
Technical support for daily inspection.

Requirements:
College degree or above, major in computer science;
More than 3 years of working experience in IT operation or other related positions;
Proficiency in German, advanced level in English, Chinese is a plus.
Knowledge of network, computer, server, etc.;
Understand IT infrastructure systems, be familiar with operating computers, and be familiar with the installation and operation of Windows, Apple and printers;
Able to solve daily network problems and computer failures independently;
Have good communication and coordination skills, observation skills, execution skills, strong sense of responsibility, loyalty and trustworthiness.
Familiar with SAP operations, including purchase, inventory, sale, and production (will provide SAP operation training).
Comfortable working on-site, Monday – Friday
