Your responsibilities

In our Interior Design department, you are an expert in execution planning (LPH 5) for our interior fit-out projects in the hotel industry
Independent development of implementation details, taking into account legal and technical specifications
Accompanying projects in execution planning in a wide variety of dimensions: from comprehensive room concepts to room type and detailed plans to floor and furnishing planning
You will work as part of a team and drive the projects forward – to this end, you will be in constructive dialogue with your planning colleagues and the costing, purchasing and project management departments

Your profile

A degree in architecture or interior design
Ideally, you also have a degree as a technical draughtsman, draftsman or wood technician
Experience in the interior fit-out of renovation, new build or conversion projects, preferably for hotel or catering properties
Experienced use of CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit), graphics programmes and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
BIM affinity to support the introduction of processes
Creativity and a keen eye for detail
Complex projects are always joint successes: you like to work in a network, can convince and inspire
