You can expect the following

Project planning in all HOAI service phases, especially in the early phases
Development of concept studies and design plans for new projects and tenders
Search for creative solutions in design and function
Visual, textual and verbal communication of planning content
Communication with internal and external planning participants
Participation in planning, client and strategy meetings

You bring along

Architectural studies
Several years of expertise, in particular in work phases 1 to 5 with specialist planning coordination
Ideally experience in the planning of building typologies such as office, research and development, education and labs, also in the field of refurbishment, conversion and revitalization of office, industrial or cultural projects, both in the field of refurbishment and new buildings
Solution-oriented thinking and a high degree of self-organization
Sound experience in the use of BIM, ideally Autodesk Revit
Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
