Aufgaben:

• Together with the other Team Leaders and the Head of the BP Business Line you will work on the Strategic objectives of the BP Business Line and translate these into an annual plan with concrete goals to work on with your team:
• Manage change within your team, ensuring engagement with new processes and procedures.

Anforderungen:

• You are responsible for overseeing the project finances of the projects within your team and where needed you connect with the responsible Project Manager to make sure projects are realized within pre-agreed budget & quality:
• Contribute to developing and achieving business plan, annual and/or budgeted targets in revenue, added value and operating profit for the BP Business Line:
• Contribute to the overall profitability of the BP Business Line.

Angebot:

• Proactively manage and contribute to the preparation and review of proposals prepared by the BP:
• Act as (Senior) Project Manager on projects:
• Responsible for pro-actively monitoring a set of projects by frequent contact with the project manager to early identify project risks.
