International Legal Counsel (f/m/d)

Aufgaben:

• Lead the „International Model Contracts“ project: Collaborate with external/international legal advisors to create and implement sample offers and contracts that comply with local laws and regulations, while proactively managing legal risks. You will work closely with various stakeholders in an exciting project that is planned for a duration of 18-24 months.
• Provide comprehensive legal advice in building, architects‘ and engineers‘ law, as well as in tenders and award procedures.
• Review contracts, negotiate terms and conditions, and provide advice on disputes related to (construction) projects.
• Assist with damage claims and support in claims management.
• Support court proceedings related to legal matters.

Anforderungen:

• You have a Master’s degree in Law, ideally, with a focus on construction, architect, or engineering law.
• You have several years of experience dealing with contracts and legal matters in a multi-jurisdictional environment, or in international legal issues in project business.
• Fluency in English and German, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in an international environment. Additionally, you know how to communicate complex legal issues in an understandable way.
• You have a strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple requests and maintain accuracy and efficiency.
• You have an international mindset and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve goals. Furthermore, you have a strong affinity for contract management and project management.
• You are solution-oriented and have an entrepreneurial mindset, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
