Business Development Manager

 

Aufgaben:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and customer needs
  • Develop and implement an effective strategic growth plan to enter new markets and address customer potential
  • Drive the sales and business development strategy in the APAC region (market cultivation, customer acquisition and management, etc.) in coordination with the Managing Director as well as international sectors and subdivisions
  • Build and maintain relationships with new customers and partners to drive our business success and revenue
  • Improve brand awareness within the APAC region and actively participate in network opportunities, conferences, events etc. ( such as speeches, panels…)
  • Collaborate with our international Business Development and Sales department to contribute to the overall company’s success
  • Support the proposal preparation and negotiation for acquisitions in collaboration with the local Managing Director

 

Anforderungen:

  • A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, engineering or a comparable field of studies
  • 3+ years of working experience as a business developer or in a similar field with a proven sales track record
  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
  • Knowledge of the industry and a professional network in Singapore and the APAC region are part of your assets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain report
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Fluent communication in English comes easy to you
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented paired with a start-up mindset and pragmatic hands-on approach, yet organized and structured
